1965 Bangladesh. Child with two rotary lancet sites

A small child shows scabs from two vaccination sites made by rotary lancet. Two to four vaccine insertions were made. Bacterial infections were common, making it difficult to determine whether a scar was from a successful smallpox vaccination or a secondary infection.
